cancellation
I purchased a pair of shoes a Saturday and 10 hours later I find out it was not the rightsize so I make a cancellation request at Sunday but Monday noon they tell me cannot be canceled because they ship out today which is Monday
What should I do?

Mentor1 year ago@pei-mahal u can refuse the package or if u want to accept the package and the seller accepts returns, open a return item case for the reason 'ordered by mistake'
