Cancellation
Someone purchased a pair of sneakers and they confirmed the order. But later text to say they were canceling the order , because they did not want the item anymore. I never received any payments. I’m unable to cancel the order and I can not contact anyone through eBay to help resolve the issue. What to do???

On February 11 you sold a pair of sneakers on an Offer but if Immediate payment was not required then the Buyer may not have paid. They may use the term "cancelled" but only you can cancel if they actually paid.
If the item is on this list then wait 4 days and on day 5 Cancel using the reason Buyer hasn't paid. The Buyer will get an unpaid item strike on their account. Orders — eBay Seller Hub
