Canceling the deal
Need help as s new seller, please.
I accepted the offer, but the buyer did not notice that the product was sold with local pickup only.
The buyer canceled the purchase from his side, but I did not confirm the cancellation within 3 days. The product was not sent by me.
I can't cancel this deal now. The buyer doesn't answer my letters.
Will the deal be automatically canceled after the end of the delivery period?
