Canceling protection plan
My last purchase we got the protection plan. The eBay system is emailing me constantly about my order which is great but, the protection plan was sent to an email address I no longer use. According to eBay the only way to cancel the protection plan is to go into the account and cancel it. So here I am, I can't get to the account information that was sent to the wrong email address and I can't access the account cuz I don't have any information on it. Which means I can never use the protection plan so I want to cancel it. But according to eBay the only other way to cancel the protection plan is to cancel the entire order. So I tried to get an answer from the help section and it was completely useless. Any suggestions?
