I recently made offers on several items and a seller accepted my offer and I made the purchase. Another seller I made an offer top contacted me but not in a timely manner. Now eBay is panelizing me and freezing my account from making offers on other items. If that is indeed the policy why can a seller accept your offer and you pay for the item and PayPal accepts tour transaction. Several days later you get a notice from the seller;ler that the item is no longer available and refunds your payment...
