Canceling orders
I messaged the seller as soon as I realized I had somehow ordered the wrong size of the Ring I ordered I asked them to amend the ring size or cancel the order but never heard back and now I've received notice that a tracking number has been generated and the item is shipped or going to be shipped the item won't fit I'd like to save the trouble of it coming here is there anyway I can cancel and maybe return to sender when the package arrives

·3 years agoA seller isn't required to cancel orders.
If the seller accepts returns, once you receive it, file for a return.
If you refuse the package, you loose the MBG and the seller doesn't have to refund.
