Canceling order for non payment

Helloi know that we have to wait at least 4 days before canceling a order for non payment I am wondering if I can cancel sooner. a day after nonpayment for order I looked back this same customer did same thing to me with same item on February 19What can I do?

You must wait until day 5 to cancel for non-payment. When a buyer doesn't pay, you can add them to your blocked buyer list here:

Also, scroll down that page and make sure you have the setting turned on that auto-blocks buyers with two or more unpaid items within twelve months to protect you from repeat offenders.
