Do you want to cancel a sale or end a listing?

You'll find the appropriate option in the dropdown:

Next to the transaction in your Orders list to cancel a sale. (You may earn a defect on your seller record for doing so).
Next to the listing in your Active items list to end a listing. (You won't be able to cancel an auction within 12 hours of its ending time. If it has a bid and you don't cancel the bid, you will sell to the highest bidder at the high-bid price currently shown.)
