Canceling my return.
Hello. This is my first time buying on eBay. I got a bag but it was not the right size on me. I’m asking if you guys can please reopen my return request? I didn’t know that if you canceled it you couldn’t do it again. I was waiting for the seller to respond so I canceled it not knowing that I couldn’t start the return process again. I didn’t wanna be rude by starting the process and not giving them time to respond to me.
