Canceling an order that seller accepted yet payment didn't go through on paypal
Made offer and bid on Harmon Kardon Go + Play II power supply replacement and was unaware that Harmon Kardon Go + Play is an audio series. I own the HK Go + Play Mini BT speaker which requires a different power supply than what I was initially looking fir and making offers on.
I've tried to cancel the order in my Ebay app and it does not let me. In fact, the app didn't do anything. It stayed on the offer screen which gives options to buy, contact seller, watch, etc.
Please advise on what i do as the buyer to cancel the order. If also like to cancel or withdraw my offers for the incorrect power supplies I have made.
I did contact the seller of the offer in needing to cancel. I've yet to receive a response from them.
