If you wish to cancel a SOLD listing you use the drop down menu next to the sold item and select cancel and then select one the TRUE reasons , there are 3 to choose from. Note that if you have to cancel as out of stock/ damaged you do get a DEFECT on your account. Not too many defects and you are banned from selling.
