Canceling an order, buyers making offers and sellers not shipping items on time
Hello I need your help: I need to cancel about 50% of all of the orders because I have way too many unpaid items: what should I do?!?!?! They’re all Disney pins I wanted to buy but can’t afford to purchase: I have about 30 unpaid items and need to cancel about half of them. I’ve messaged some of the sellers SEVERAL TIMES and explained to them my dire financial situation. It’s a crisis because I’m $10,000-$12,000 in credit card debt and there is NO WAY I can pay my credit card bills, buy gas, toiletries, food etc!!!! I’m freaking out, anxious, stressed out and overwhelmed about what I should do. I never should have made offers on all of the items and only make a few purchases that are within my budget. Also if they don’t cancel the orders and refuse to do so should I file for an appeal or complaints against eBay about the sellers unresponsiveness? Finally should I do if buyers are asking me to make offers that are too low for me go accept? J had a really shady buyer asking me to sell him pins that nobody wants, that cost a $1 and to sell him my 10 cheapest pins that nobody wants. I’ve never felt so insulted, angry and upset about this and should blocked him right away. Also do you think it’s acceptable or reasonable when you pay for an item ams the seller NEVER SHIPS THE ITEM? What is the appropriate course or action? Block, report or file a complaint against them???

Sellers do not have to agree to cancel your purchase. If you don't pay for the items you have won or purchased, the seller may cancel as unpaid. 2 or more unpaid cancellation will severely restrict your ability to buy on eBay. There is nothing to appeal. All you can do is message each seller and apologize for your error in over-extending yourself, and ask for their help by cancelling your purchase as buyer requested.
If buyers are making offers on the items you have for sale that are too low to consider, set a minimum offer amount on each item - then you won't see the offers below that amount. If a buyer messages you with a lowball offer, you can put them on your blocked list, and select do not let blocked buyers contact me here - https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
If you have purchases that you have paid for and not received, open a not received claim for each - after the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
