Canceling an order as a Seller
Hey Everyone ~ I have someone who I've had to cancel an order (after 4 days) for not paying and not responding. I then placed two more items for sale and the same person won both and is not paying or responding. I tried to block this person(their username was on my "Blocked list") but some how they were still able to bid. I did report them to Ebay. Can I cancel the orders after a day or do I have to wait 4 days?
