Canceling an order after a full refund has been given
I had a buyer request to send an order to a different address than was listed on their account. I told them I could not do that and refunded the order. I am now trying to cancel the order so I can relist it, but I can't cancel it because ebay says it can't be canceled because it has been refunded.

Mentor2 years ago@barnislavia670 You should have canceled as problem with buyers address. That initiates the refund process.
All you can do now is go to the sold listing and select Sell Similar from the drop down menu next to it. This will make an exact copy of the listing. Give the buyer a link to the new listing.
