Canceling an order
I recently placed an order for an item, ten minutes after I purchased the item, I determined that it was the wrong item, I emailed the seller immediately asking if I can cancel the order, he has not replied, what else can I do? Thank you. Bob

It's up to the seller whether to accept a cancellation request or not.
Check the seller's return policy on the item listing. If he accepts remorse returns, you can open a case using the option next to the order in your Purchase History AFTER you receive the item. Don't refuse the package. If you do, the seller is not obligated to refund.
