When you commit to a purchase on eBay, you are expected to complete it. Be sure you want the item BEFORE you make that commitment.
You can request a cancellation from the seller, but it's up to the seller to accept it or not. If the seller doesn't cancel, you can check the return policy on the listing to see if the seller will take it back for a refund.
