canceling an order
I purchased some Blood Glucose monitors from a seller and I didn't see that they would not arrive for 7 weeks. I also noticed the seller had a 0 feedback rating. Several days later when I realized my item was not showing up and I notice the extended processing and shipping times I tried to cancel the order. I went through the process on ebay and was notified the seller would not cancel order. I also see that the seller has sold 58 of these items at over $250 each and still has 0 feedback. I think this whole thing is a scam and the seller has a delayed shipping because ebay probably holds the funds for a period of time. I don't see any way to actually speak to anyone at Ebay. What is my best course of action.... I'm 99 percent sure this is a scam. Can I go to my Credit card provider and dispute the charge....
