How do I call someone in customer service thank you so much

@thereavis5 This is volunteer help. An agent can't call you, you have to request a call back from the help page. This is a public message board and it's not safe to post your phone number here, I am going to ask for it to be removed.

An agent also can not cancel an order.

Are you a buyer wanting to cancel an order?

Buyers can only REQUEST to cancel. A seller can accept or decline.

If the seller declines your cancellation request, or if they've already shipped your item, you'll need to wait until you receive the item and then request a return. If your order wasn't canceled and you haven't received the item, you can report that the item hasn't arrived once the estimated delivery date has passed.
