Canceling an order
I have an order where a buyer was. successful bidder on 3 items. The first item sold almost a month. ago and buyer indicated they would need 3 or 4 days to pay. In the meantime they were high bidder on 2 more items. I sent a combined invoice with combined shipping. After 20 days, as a reminder, I sent another invoice. Well this seems to have reset the timeline, because the order now says date of order is Feb. 13 and does not allow me to cancel order due to non-payment.
How do I cancel order due to 3-4 weeks of non-payment when Ebay has reset date of order to the date of my reminder invoice?
