When you list items auction style and they end without a bid they are moved to your Unsold file and will remain there for 90 days or until you Relist them or Delete the listing. You can just let the auction run it's complete cycle without penalty. I will often Relist auctions numerous times before they sell. It's normal.
Please read the Ending listings page link that @lisa5768 provided. There are times that fees may apply if an item is Ended early. I suspect you are okay but just read through the page to make sure.

Go to your active listing page and in the drop down menu is the end listing option. You can also use this page:
