If you cancel the order and refund the buyer because the buyer requested it, you will get your fees refunded. If you cancel the order because you are out of stock or no longer want to sell the item, you will not get a fee refund. So basically if it is a buyer reason, you get a refund, if it is a seller reason, you do not get a refund.

It depends on the reason for cancelling the order.
If you cancel the order and refund the buyer because the buyer requested it, you will get your fees refunded.
If you cancel the order because you are out of stock or no longer want to sell the item, you will not get a fee refund.
So basically if it is a buyer reason, you get a refund, if it is a seller reason, you do not get a refund.
