Canceling a shipping label!
I am unable to print shipping labels because the printer is not Bluetooth compatible with my PC. I tried to cancel the label from the orders tab in eBay and it says "this label cannot be canceled". Apparently eBay doesn't have a phone number and I am trying to get this canceled and refunded to mail on my own. Anyone know their phone number or have a suggestion?

You can Cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it on THIS page: Track and manage your shipments
You can Download the label up to 5 times after purchasing it.
Your account will be credited for a Cancelled label in 21 days or less.
If you have a cable you can connect your PC and printer with then you can bypass the Bluetooth requirement. Our printer is set to work through our WiFi router so any PC or Mobile device in the house can print stuff remotely.
