Canceling a shipping label
I packaged up an item and adhered the shipping label to the package. I went to work (at the post office) and scanned the label as picked up, even though it would not ship until later that day. The buyer contacted me and wanted to cancel the order, which I did. I kept the package, but Ebay won't let me cancel the label. How do I get refunded for postage?
