Canceling a sale as a seller
I had my son help me list a few items and he made a mistake on a buy it now price. I didn’t catch the error until the item sold because it sold in like 2 hours. The item was supposed to be listed at $500, but instead it was $250. The buyer doesn’t want to work with me. What should I do? I don’t want negative feedback

Mentor3 years agoYou either ship as contracted, or cancel and get a defect on your account and still pay the ebay fees for the sale, unless the buyer specifically requests to cancel or doesn't pay.
