canceling a return that has processed and now the buyer wants to keep the item
I sold a Muisc controller and the guy could get it to work and requested a refund. So I gave the refund and he has changed his mind and wants to keep item. Currently, he has to return it to get his money back.. how do I cancel the return so that he can keep it and I get the money back?

If you haven't actually refunded, the money is just on hold, the buyer needs to close the return on their end.
There is nothing you can do.
