Canceling a return request
I need to cancel a previous return request and can not figure out how to do so. The seller says he can not send the new piece w/o the request canceled.

·3 years agoDo NOT withdraw the case. Your seller is either clueless or dishonest. Once you withdraw it you can't file again if, and probably when, s/he fails to keep his/her promises.
Go to your Purchase History and bring up the details on the return. If there is a link to "Ask eBay to step in" now do so. If not there yet you need to wait (generally 3 days--might be business days--after you started the case or rather "Return Request" through eBay. It is generally better to get a refund and buy from someone else (and if the seller wants the item back s/he needs to send you a prepaid return label).
