Canceling a Refund
Hi, I have a buyer trying to get a refund on an item that is not the actual item I sold her. I accidentally started the refund process. After looking into it more, I realized the pictures she sent are not the item I sent her and I want to cancel the refund but I cannot find a way to do that. I've tried to find a number to call but I have had no luck. Any advice? Thank you.
