Canceling a purchase thats marked as shipped
Seller marks item as shipped as I send a request to cancel. Seller agrees to cancel, but went into ghost-mode. This is a fairly new Seller with zero feedback, and doesn't accept returns. What are my options?

Sellers are not obligated to cancel transactions at buyer's request.
Wait for the item to arrive, then file a Return Request if the seller accepts returns.
