Canceling a purchase due to confusion on true seller
I purchased an new retail tool from seller that was on top of sorting items by close to me
after paying with PayPal purchase info now shows different seller who is outside country and had (0) seller raiting
requested cancellation within 24 hrs and waiting for reply
Not pleased or understand how this discrepancy in seller is possible on eBay ?
