Canceling a Purchase
bought an item on eBay on July 27. About 12 hours after the purchase, I wanted to cancel it. The seller agreed, but they had already paid for the shipping label. They voided the label, but the refund for the label fee didn’t come through immediately. The seller told me they won’t officially cancel the sale until they receive the label refund, and asked me to wait.
What should I do?

The label refund takes about 3 weeks. I would be comfortable waiting that long. I would open a not received claim as soon as the estimated delivery date has passed, if he has not refunded by then.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
