Canceling a order
I need to cancel and refund a order that's already been paid for but the funds are being held because I just started on eBay. It wants me to put my credit card info in and pay it myself. Another problem I have is some paid for shipping for eBay undercharged them and they want me to pay a extra $100 to ship the item
