    Canceling a full refund as a seller
                     

    I have a refund request that I accidentally approved but I don’t want to refund the shipping and I want the item back. How can I cancel my approval?

    You can not cancel a refund.  If you want the item returned, message the buyer and let them know that you will send a return shipping label in a message.

     

    Open a free account at pirateship.com. Create the label and print it to a jpeg file. Send the jpeg to the buyer in an eBay message.
