Cancelimg order after buyer paid
my buyer already paid, I printed a label. Now she wants to cancel and choose the other address on her account. So i want to cancel and reljst so she can buy. I don't see where I can cancel the order.

-Go to the item on your See all orders page, on the left is a pull-down menu and on the menu is the Cancel function, click that. The next page you select a reason, "Buyer requested ... " so there is no penalty for your account.
-Next, here is a link to your shipping labels page, find the item and use the pull-down menu on the left and select Void, the next page will let you cycle through the Void process. In 21 days or less you will be credited for the cost of the label. https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub
-You can Void a label within 5 days of purchasing it, after that you own it.
