Canceled status despite payment and tracking, and duplicate order issues
Summary: rodamo8 reports a payment/order synchronization issue involving an order of 14 items from multiple sellers. I'm experiencing what appears to be a payment/order synchronization issue.
I placed an order consisting of 14 items: 12 items from one seller and 1 item each from two other sellers.
The 12-item order now appears twice in my purchase history. The original order number shows as "Pending payment" and cannot be paid because attempting to pay results in an error. A duplicate of that order with a new order number shows "Tracking available" and appears to be the active order.
The other two orders display the message: "Your order is canceled. Unfortunately, your payment didn't go through. Please check with your payment provider and try again." However, both also show "Tracking available."
My bank account has been charged for the original purchase, and there is also a second charge corresponding to the duplicated 12-item order.
I contacted one of the sellers whose order is marked as canceled, and they confirmed that they received the payment and that the order is proceeding. The other hasn't answered yet.
Could you please look into this and let me know if everything is in order, or if there is anything I need to do on my end? I'd also appreciate any clarification regarding the duplicate order and the charges on my account.

We are all volunteers. I would probably contact my funding source about the duplicate transaction.
