If you need to mail something, simply purchase a new one.

You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

Wait...buyers don't cancel shipping labels, they request to cancel orders. If the buyer sent an order cancellation request, it is best to accept it. Otherwise, he'll likely just open a return once it's received and you'll have to deal with that. Go to the request and cancel the order.
