Canceled Shipping Label Refund – Refund Still Not Received
Summary: 2014_thawa is a new eBay seller who accidentally purchased two shipping labels for the same order and canceled the unused one. They have not received a refund after 20 days and are asking if they should wait the full 21 days as eBay suggests or contact them now. krazzykats and rfmtm advise checking the refund status via eBay's tracking system and note that the refund could take the full 21 days to process.
I am a new eBay seller and accidentally purchased two shipping labels for the same order. I used and scanned only one of the labels and canceled the other unused label.
It has now been 20 days since I canceled the label, but I still have not received the refund.
I read that eBay says a refund for a canceled USPS label can take up to 21 days. Is that correct? Do refunds normally take the full 21 days, or should I contact eBay now?
Also, is there a direct way to contact eBay to check the status of my refund?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Mentor1 week agoYes it can take a full 21 days with the credit going to your ebay account if that is where you purchased your label from. Check for it here:
