Canceled shipping label over month ago but never received refund from eBay.
I canceled a shipping label over month ago for a sold item but never received refund from eBay. How do I contact folks at eBay since everything looks like is automated now?

Typically, a voided or canceled label refund comes 21-30 days after you void it. You won't get notified that the money has come. It just shows up.
It will come back to your eBay account. Here is what a USPS void refund looks like on mine. (UPS/FedEx should look similar.)

Then click "Shipping labels" and look for Transactions in black instead of Red
