Canceled Shipping Label
I accidentally purchased a shipping label with the wrong weight and dimensions. I requested it be voided about 5minutes after I purchased the label. This was on Nov 8 and I still have not received the refund or any communication about the status of the request. Does anyone know how long does this usually takes and do you normally receive some sort of confirmation that the request is being processed?
