Canceled orders
I tried to cancel an order 4 minutes after placing it. They said they can't cancel it because they already shipped it. Now they sent me a message with a screen shot circled saying no returns. I'm not trying to return an item.

Sellers are not obligated to cancel transactions at buyer's request.

OP2 years agoMaybe not "required" but good business, wouldn't you agree? I would understand if the item was already shipped but we are talking 3 minutes later. no label had been created. It was a matter of a few key strokes. then maybe that seller would be my first check whenever I needed something else.
