Canceled order. Seller says no. Cancelled my cancel.
So here we are. Would still love my purchase. Tried to cancel after 3 days because evidence pointed to them being out of business. Turns out, still in business.
They reached out to me and canceled my cancellation. Deal is still on.
great.
Now they’re saying I have to remove my cancellation so they can process the sale. eBay says there’s nothing.
Caught in a doom loop with eBay that won’t actually help me with and a seller who wants to sell.
I opened a cancel ticket.
Seller canceled my cancellation ticket saying they are in business.
That’s great.
Wont process purchase until I turn off my cancellation (which seller already turned off)
What do you do to cancel a cancel ticket? Thanks for your help

There is nothing else to do. If the seller declined the cancellation, it is closed.
If he did not decline it in the system, the system will close the cancellation automatically after 3 business days and he must ship your purchase.
