Canceled Order - Seller refunded except for Global Shipping
The seller tells me that I didn't receive a full refund because the Global Shipping program refunds the shipping charge on canceled orders. I have only received the seller's refund on the item but not the exorbitant global shipping charge.
When should I expect that to be returned to me? The seller says to contact eBay about it but I can't find any contacts. The automated assistant is no help at all.
