Canceled order and they took the money twice
We had a cancel today, and we were at 160.when the guy bought the jacket we went to 190.he noticed he didn't want it and we canceled now we are at 130. What is happening and how do I speak with someone

No one likes that we have to pay for a refund before the funds are available to use, but that is how it works for all of us.
