Can someone please explain to me the refund process. below is a copy of the order ?

Mar 29, 2024. I sold a product and had free shipping by mistake and shipping cost was a much as the sell of the item. I had created a label and they took the money from my profit so I canceled the order and Ebay took the money out of my credit card of $58.32 which I have never gotten back ? How do I get the money refunded to me ? How long does it take ?
