Canceled order after shipping label purchased
I had a buyer request a cancellation after they paid and I purchased the shipping label. What is the procedure for refunds? Do I issue them to refund or does that come from Ebay? Do I get reimbursed for the shipping label that I bought?

1. On the item there is a pull down menu on the left, on the list of choices is the Cancel choice, click that.
On the next page there is a pull-down menu for the reason you are cancelling, select the one for Buyer requested.
2. To VOID the shipping label go to this page: Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)
Locate the item; use the pull-down menu on the left and select VOID ... the next page will let you cycle through the Void process and your account will be credited in 21 days or less for the label cost.
Shipping labels can be Voided up to 5 days from purchase, after that you own them ...
