Canceled order a week ago and seller does not respond to cancelation request nor does he ship item
He just keeps my money and neither ships product that was paid for nor does he cancel order.Just has my money and ignores me.

Mentor4 months agoSellers are not required to cancel purchases. Since they are not cancelling the purchase check your purchase history for the last estimated delivery date for the item. Once this date passes by at least one full day and not more than 30 days you can open an "Item not received" case. The seller would have three days to prove with tracking that the item has been delivered or is still moving through the shipping system. If they do not do this then you go back to the case and "Ask eBay to step in" and they will force a refund from the seller. This will hurt the sellers record with eBay.
