Mentor6 months agoAlthough sellers should not do this there is little eBay can do to stop it. However, a lot will depend on what reason they used to cancel. If they used the "Out of stock or damaged" reason then they were already punished by eBay with a defect on their account. If they used another reason (there are only three reasons to choose from) then report the seller to eBay. eBay cannot force the sale but will mark the sellers account to see if they make this a habit.
