canceled order
I received an offer, I countered which was accepted. I then created a shipping label and boxed up, on way to post office and seller canceled, what now?
Does Ebay have a phone # for this?

Mentor8 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel. It is up to the seller to file the cancellation, but sellers are not obligated to do so. I would file the cancellation. Fewer problems than completing the shipping, the buyer filing a returns request, and you paying return shipping. Let us know if you need information on how to void/cancel the shipping label if you were able to not complete the shipping at the post office.
