Canceled order
Ebay canceled my item as I was waiting for other seller´s item. After I bought this item as Buy it now.
Now I have blocked biddings for some items - reason unpaid items. How to solve it?

Mentor1 year agoIf you have too many Unpaid strikes, sellers can Block you from Bidding or purchasing from them. When you try to buy from a seller that has you blocked due to too many unpaid strikes, you should be getting a message on your screen that tells you that or something similar.
I will give you information on how to contact Ebay, but keep in mind if you only had one unpaid strike on your account, Ebay might help you on this, but for sellers to be automatically blocking you means you have multiple unpaid strikes.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

·1 year agoThe seller cancelled your order for non-payment (either manually or by having previously set up to have it done automatically after x days--minimum 4). You have 4 full days to pay before the seller can do that.
Did the seller agree to give you more time to pay before the cancellation? If so and s/he cancelled for non-payment before the given time (some don't remember they had set up automatic cancellation) that is grounds to appeal the "unpaid cancellation record". https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/appealing-unpaid-cancellation-record?id=4357
If s/he didn't promise to give more time, why would you assume s/he would?

Mentor1 year agoHi @ferdamerkur
Some Sellers have their Auto-cancellation turned on for Unpaid items which means on day 5 the transaction is canceled for the reason "Buyer hasn't paid". When that happens the Buying account gets one unpaid item strike. If an account gets 2 or more then they have trouble bidding or buying on eBay until those strikes roll off the account in 12 months to below 1 unpaid item.
The lowest default setting for Sellers is 2 Unpaid items and they can select 1, 6 or 12 month time periods if memory serves. You can also message Sellers and ask them to put you on their Exemption list which would mean you could bid or buy their items even if you have more Unpaid item strikes then the Seller's setting.
Mine is set for manual mainly because sometimes customers want longer to pay or like yourself, might be bidding on auctions of mine that end days apart.
Very sorry it happened, you can request a call back from eBay to see if they might review your situation: eBay Customer Service
