canceled my return in error
I mistakenly canceled my return because I didn’t want an immediate credit I wanted my credit to go back to my credit card . Now it states my case is closed and cannot start another return

Mentor1 week agoThat is correct. Once you closed the case it cannot be reopened. You will need to go back to your payment source to see if you can open a change back.
