Canceled an order immediately and seller refused
5 minutes after I placed an order, I canceled it , because i found a much better price and seller ignored the request and shipped item the next day and said couldn't cancel because it was shipped already even though it was cancel immediately.

Mentor5 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel a transaction. Only the seller can file the cancellation and sellers are not obligated to do so.
